• Free / promotional orders: Items priced at £0 (“free”)—including trials, giveaways, and promo bundles—require a shipping & handling fee, which is calculated at checkout. This covers packing and fulfillment and excludes any duties/taxes.
• Expedited options: Where available, faster shipping services may be purchased at checkout.

Address Accuracy & Lost/Missing Packages

• Please double-check your billing and shipping address at checkout.
• If an incorrect address is provided, GOP Patches isn’t liable for lost or undelivered packages.
• If we make an addressing/shipping error, we’ll replace your original order at no cost.
