Order Changes & Cancellations
- Cancel window: You can cancel or change an order until it ships.
- Paid orders: If you’ve already paid and need to cancel or edit, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After packing/shipping begins: Once fulfillment is underway, we’re unable to cancel.

- Damaged/defective on arrival: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us and we’ll provide a return address and arrange a replacement or refund—your choice.

Return shipping: Unless we state otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
We do not issue refunds if:
- The order fails to arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout).
Late / Missing Orders — Refund Request Window
If your order hasn’t arrived after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days), you have 15 days from that date to request a refund.
